LVSS provides best in class settlement services that empower our lending partners with the competitive advantage necessary to compete with the industry’s largest lending institutions.

LVSS offers clients with the ability to place Title, Closing & Escrows through a centralized platform. This platform gives the clients the option of placing orders through many of the industry leaders that LVSS has developed a relationship with.
